Coronation Street Odds: Rob And Tracy In Danger Of Exits

Coronation Street is set to continue its explosive start to 2025 next week - with a shooting.
Rob Donovan (Marc Baylis) is on the run from prison - and he has a gun.
It's known that at least one shot will be fired from his weapon, so it doesn't look good for the Weatherfield residents, and in particular his ex Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) and her sister Carla Connor (Alison King).
There has been speculation aplenty on betting sites about who might leave the cobbles next, and this could well coincide with Rob's prison escape.

Kate's character Tracy has been cut to Evens on betting apps for the next permanent Weatherfield departure, after some fans suggested she could be shot by Rob.
A spoiler image posted in Inside Soap magazine shows Rob with blood on his hands while pointing a gun at his sister Carla - but is this too obvious?
It's been revealed that a shot will be fired, and some fans think he fires at Tracy.
One fan posted: "My theory - Tracy gets shot, Carla tries to help her. Rob agrees to Tracy getting medical help but wants another hostage - Lisa steps in. The police shoot Rob, but he doesn’t die, he goes back to prison."
Another wrote: "Feel like Tracy is definitely injured bc she would not willingly let Carla sit this close to her."
If she is shot and stays alive, could the ordeal tempt Tracy to flee the cobbles?
What's more, Tracy's boyfriend Tommy Orpington (Matt Milburn) recently announced he is moving to Southampton to take up a football coaching job.
Kate said: "I think Tommy would have been the one, but I think he’s just so obsessed with football that she never came first.
"I think if he’d have had a different mindset, she would have been so happy with him, but he’s just obsessed with football and she can’t compete with that."

It wouldn't be a huge shock if Tracy followed him to the south coast.
However, prisoners don't necessarily have a long lifespan in Soapland, so 4/9 favourite Rob could be the character to depart the ITV soap next.

Elsewhere, David Platt is into 11/8 to leave the show next after Jack P Shepherd, who has played the character for 25 years, revealed his contract is up this year.
He said: "I was only in the show three months originally, and then they just kept on sort of ringing my mum up, and my agent saying, ‘Yeah, we'll extend it.’
"So, yeah, 25 years is a long time, I think, for anyone. But I get year contracts now, I don't get three-month ones.
"So, I'm only ever here for like, another year, so. It runs out this year, [laughter] so they might not continue it!"
Could it be time to move to pastures new for David?
He's had a tough time in Weatherfield recently after being run over, and he owes gangster Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor) huge debts.
What's more, David saw his mum Gail Platt (Helen Worth) leave the Street at the end of last year, and just days ago his stepson Max Turner (Paddy Bever) was jailed for arson.
Following Max's departure from the Street, his girlfriend Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) is into 8/13 to follow him out of Weatherfield.

Alya Nazir is into 6/4 to depart the cobbles after she recently acquired a new business partner at Speed Daal in the shape of Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson).
Things haven't got off to a great start, so could Alya end up being pushed out?
Or, she could call in the help of her brother Zeedan Nazir (Qasim Akhtar), who is into 3/1 for a Corrie comeback.

However, one former Weatherfield resident who looks unlikely to return to the Street anytime soon is gangster Harvey Gaskell.
He is out to 6/1 after Will Mellor recently distanced himself from a cobbles comeback as the character.
But the Webster sisters, Helen Flanagan's Rosie (4/7) and Brooke Vincent's Sophie (5/6), remain favourites to return to the Street next.
