When landing on NetBet’s sportsbook for the first time, it instantly became clear to me that live betting is made a priority here.

I found it easy to get in touch with the NetBet team when I contacted them on multiple occasions. I couldn’t find a phone number for UK customers to use, but in this day and age that’s hardly a negative point.
The live chat is available between 09:00 and 23:00 and staff are generally quick to respond. My queries generally got a response from a customer support agent within 20 minutes. The agents are generally helpful and polite in my experience.
However, I think that NetBet is probably a big enough site to justify 24/7 customer support, which many other sites do offer, so there’s a bit of room for improvement here.
There’s an email form on the ‘Contact Us’ page which can be used to ask questions or log issues outside of chat hours, or for less urgent matters. But generally I'd recommend opting for the live chat function if you want a quick response.
